What is a REAL status and why is it needed?
REAL status — account verification confirming that this is a profile of a real person who has been verified by the site administration.
This status increases your chances of finding a partner. After all, users are interested in the profiles of real people, not those that could have been created by scammers and bots. On the profile search page, you can filter profiles and the system will show only profiles with REAL status.
We do not verify profiles using SMS and mobile phones for your security and anonymity.
How do I get a REAL status?
You can get the status as follows:
- write your page ID on a piece of paper;
- put the paper on the table and take a picture of it so that the hand holding the paper is in the frame;
- send the photo using a special form in your personal account.

How do I report a message/photo/profile to a moderator?
You can send a complaint about a user's message, photo, or profile by clicking the icon or the "Report" button in the corresponding section: in the user's profile, when viewing a photo, and when viewing a message from the user.
Optionally, you can also add a comment for the moderator. Response time to complaints does not exceed 3 hours.
Security
Who can see my messages and photos?
Nobody! All your messages and photos are stored on the server in encrypted form, no one, not even the site administration, has access to them, except in the following cases:
- When a user clicks the "Report" button on a message sent to them, the moderator will only see this message from the dialogue. But not the entire dialogue.
- When a user uploads a photo and sets it as "Main" in their profile, the administrator only sees this photo and approves or rejects it. Photos from the "Private album" are not available to the administration.
Is my page visible on the Internet?
No, all pages of our users are hidden and not indexed by search engines.
Is my e-mail visible in my profile?
No, your e-mail is used only for authorization and receiving system messages from the site.
Can I delete my profile myself?
Yes, you can delete your profile in the profile settings.
Someone created a profile on the site on my behalf, specifying my e-mail. Now my e-mail receives messages from this profile. How can I disable this?
If someone created a profile and specified your e-mail, you can log in to the site using your e-mail and recover the password via the "Forgot password" function on the authorization page. After that, go to the profile settings and delete it.
