Terms of Use

This document defines the terms of use of the dating service WannaYou (hereinafter — «Site», «Service»), as well as the procedure for processing users' personal data. By registering on the Site or continuing to use it, you confirm that you have read the document and accept its terms.

1. General Provisions

The site is intended for adult users (18+) and provides the ability to create a profile, search for partners, exchange messages, publish photos, and interact in other ways within the Service functionality.

The Administration has the right to change the terms of the Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes means agreement with the updated version.

2. Registration and Account

  • To access the main functions, registration is required with a valid email address and password.
  • The user undertakes to provide reliable information when filling out the profile and keep it up to date.
  • One user can have only one account, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the administration.
  • The user is responsible for the security of their login data and for all actions taken from their account.
  • Upon registration, the user confirms acceptance of this Agreement. The fact of acceptance is recorded in the profile.

3. Questionnaire and Profile

  • The user can fill out and edit the profile: specify gender, dating goals, location, description, preferences, and other fields provided by the form.
  • The degree of profile completion is displayed as a percentage and may affect recommendations and profile visibility.
  • The user independently decides what information to place in the profile and is responsible for its content.
  • It is forbidden to post third-party information without their consent, as well as content that violates the law or the rights of others.

4. Photos and Albums

  • The user can upload a profile photo, as well as photos to open and private albums.
  • Profile photos and photos in the open album undergo moderation by the administration before publication to other users.
  • Before approval by a moderator, the photo is visible to the owner; other users may see a pending verification status.
  • The user has the right to delete or replace their photo before or after moderation. If an unmoderated request is deleted or replaced, it is removed from the moderation queue.
  • The private album is accessible to other users only after the profile owner grants access.
  • To view a profile photo or private album, another user can send a request; the owner has the right to accept or reject it.
  • It is forbidden to post other people's photos without consent, images of minors, pornographic materials involving minors, and other prohibited content.

5. Search, Recommendations, and Interaction

  • The service provides profile search by parameters, viewing other users' profiles, adding to favorites, and blocking unwanted users.
  • Recommendations are formed automatically based on profile data and user activity.
  • The user undertakes to communicate respectfully with other participants, not to insult, not to threaten, not to engage in extortion, fraud, and commercial offers of an intimate nature, unless otherwise provided by the Site rules.
  • The Site has separate rules of conduct for men and women, published on the main page. Their violation may lead to account blocking.

6. Messages and Notifications

  • Registered users can exchange private messages within the chat functionality.
  • The service sends notifications about incoming requests for photo access, responses to requests, photo moderation results, and other system events.
  • The user can configure individual notification settings in the profile if corresponding options are available in the interface.
  • The Administration does not review user correspondence in the normal operation mode of the Service, except as required by law or the need to consider a complaint.

7. Complaints and Moderation

  • A user can complain about a profile or the behavior of another participant.
  • The Administration has the right to check the posted content, restrict access to the Service, reject photos, block accounts in case of violation of the rules or legislation.
  • Moderation decisions regarding photos and complaints may be accompanied by notifications to the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Service, the absence of errors, and the achievement of a specific dating result by the user.
  • The Administration is not a party to the relations between users and is not responsible for their actions, meetings, correspondence, and consequences of communication outside the Site.
  • The user independently assesses the risks when transferring information to other participants and during offline meetings.

9. Privacy Policy

This section describes what data we process and for what purposes.

9.1. What data we process

  • Registration data: email address, username, password in encrypted form.
  • Profile data: gender, age, location, description, preferences, visibility and notification settings.
  • Uploaded profile and album photos, including materials sent for moderation.
  • Messages, photo access requests, information about favorites, blocks, and complaints.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies and event logs necessary for the operation and security of the Site.
  • Date and fact of acceptance of the user agreement upon registration.

9.2. Purposes of processing

  • Registration, authorization, and provision of Site functions.
  • Display of profiles, search, recommendations, messaging, and management of access to photos.
  • Content moderation, consideration of complaints, ensuring security, and preventing abuse.
  • Sending service and informational notifications, responding to inquiries through the contact form.
  • Improving the operation of the Site, analyzing errors, and complying with legal requirements.

9.3. Data Transfer and Storage

  • Data is stored on secure servers and processed only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service.
  • Profile and private album photos may be stored with limited access; viewing by other users is possible only with appropriate access rights.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties. Transfer is possible only upon a lawful request of state bodies or to contractors providing the operation of the Site (hosting, mail services), subject to confidentiality.

9.4. User Rights

  • The user has the right to update profile data, change notification settings, delete photos, and contact support through the «Contacts» section.
  • The user can request the deletion of the account and associated data by sending a request to the administration if such a function is not directly available in the interface.
  • The user has the right to withdraw consent to data processing by discontinuing the use of the Site; however, certain obligations to store information may remain in cases prescribed by law.

9.5. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain the authorization session, save settings, and ensure security. Disabling cookies in the browser may restrict access to certain functions.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. On issues not regulated by the Agreement, the parties are guided by applicable law.
